Mel Iroc

Have you ever tried to analyze what the people or characters in your dreams or thoughts actually looked like? Prolly not...but...if you don't know how they look like in reality (if whoever in your dream is in real life too) then it can be an interesting process.

In my literary work about Time Lords I was trying to determine what they look like because I have been writing about them for a while and I would like the actions to be appropriate to how they look and since they are not human I can't just pick out eye colors and hair styles and say I am done.

Anyway, I see them in my mind when I am writing about them and there is an image that has stood for them for a while but it is as if you are looking straight ahead and trying to draw something that is in the corner of your eye. That's a perfect description for me. When I dream or think about things like this whatever is going on is not in the center of my eyesight. I can make out select colors and shapes but that is it.

Does this happen to anyone else though? Or do people actually see perfectly what is going on? Maybe I'm the only one who thinks on the sides of my eyes!

Hehe...i should post my drawings of Mel Iroc who is the #1 char I dont know the appearence of. In trying to figure it out I progress from one picture to another slowly...until that is, I come to one that seems closest to the one in the corner of my eye....

it's kinda like the Hermann-grid illusion where you would only see the gray spots at the corner of your eyes, but when you focus on it, it'll disappear.
