experience....the power...of...RO!!

I remember when I was a young RO (ragnarok online) recruit...

Since then I have converted two extremely avid players of this wonderful mmorpg. Although it took over my life for a while so I am careful not to get too connected to anything within the online world...

In a sense thoguh, you can't get a community in real life that you can get on RO. Especially if you are in a guild and that's half the point anyway. Cause you're in constant contact with them even whilst you do other things via chat, even if you aren't responding.

The market is also pretty educational and complex as well. Then sites like snipah.com spawn and emperium.org (RIP) and roempire.com... You have to learn to make judgments on items and even keep an eye on where the bot farming tide is at. There is no lack of thinking.

I hate to people who complain about video games rotting your mind whilst they watch TV and somehow think it's better. TV is constant input and nearly no output whatsoever. Not to ream out TV entirely. I enjoy a lot of shows on TV...but video games are definately a better place for your time to go. Even in psychology class we went though all the many cognitive functions video games enhance and use. I enhances judgment and navigation, probably the most. You never really have a goal and a booby-trapped maze to get there while watching TV.

now i wanna play a video game <_<>_>

I still have to beat Shadow the Hedgehog I guess...and Metroid Prime <3
