Unorganized Overfooded Party

Welp, back from my sister's graduation party. My mom was up until 3:30 AM baking and getting stuff ready and we were working from 8 ish in the morning until late noon to set up for this 1-o'clock party.

Quite honestly, a party that takes more than two hours to prepare for on the day of was not setup properly. I can't imagine having to be in a constant rush for something so influential. I am a master procrastinator but for things that are supposed to be fun, procrastination isn't supposed to be implimented. Procrastination stemmed from responsibilities that people don't want to do, having little to do with the amount of time it actually takes itself.

Especially in regards to parties and such events, you control the due date and who would make a due date that would deprive them of 3-4 hours of their normal sleep on the day prior and cause so much of a rush on the day of that breakfast couldn't even be fit in with an extra 2-3 people working on it. Which, as you might figure, happened to be the case today. I got breakfast after 11:30 on the way to the actual party location.

The part itself wasn't so bad. I enjoyed talking to my cousins and my old friends whom I definately don't see enough of... If only I had a car I would be able to go do stuff with these people. And I would.

Luckily, I should have my bike by wensday. I will use it every day (or almost) once i finally do get it. I've been dieing for over a month to get it. $200 set back but since my dad is paying the other $200 is makes it very worth it.
